Milton Players Present “Little Shop of Horrors” October/November 2019

It was a totally epic session when I got to photograph the cast headshots for The Milton Players production of “Little Shop of Horrors” which is being presented October 25 – November 3, 2019.

And it was quite impressive that all of them arrived at my studio together, now that’s some great stage management!

Harvey is a Pooka – a mischievous spirit – a six foot 1 and one half inch rabbit.

And Elwood P Dowd and the characters of Norwood High School – Norwood MA production of “Harvey”are all wrapped up in this hilarious story of “is it or isn’t it”

By the end of the play, I certainly thought that I had seen a rabbit … at least his shadow!

Each year, beginning just a few days after the school year ends, the rehearsals for the Fall show begins for the drama students at Norwood High School in Norwood, MA.

This is their summer vacation, because this is what they love to do.

Yes, they go on their family vacations and work their summer jobs, but when they aren’t somewhere else, they are rehearsing.

Here is a look at the 2012 – 2013 season, the plays aren’t in order.

Oh, yea… you better grab a cup of coffee and find a comfy chair, cause this fusion slideshow video is 12 ( yes twelve) minutes long.

And by the end of the video you too will understand why this is one great group of actors.

To Be … or Not to Be ? Now isn’t that really the question?

And if you’re going to put on a play … then go for it and do Hamlet!

Hamet is bold and dry and funny and … well Shakespeare! And the student actors at Norwood High did an excellent job.

Like I said … To Be or not to be… and the cast of this Hamlet “Was “.. epic!

Norwood High School presented Dr Horrible’s Sing-Along Blog – which was taken from the Emmy winning, All-Star … cult followed production written by Joss and Jed Whedon ( they’re really famous!).

The show … or “sing-along blog”  is about Dr. Horrible, Penny, Captain Hammer ( said with a super hero echo) and lots of crazy characters.

As you look at the pictures from the show I dare you to figure it all out!

It truly was a fabulous production which was directed by Norwood High alumnus, Ian Cardoni.

Eddie is both a championship swimmer and a fine actor. So I guess he’ll be swimming his way to the stage … Wow that was really bad!   HA!
